XA3001 Assessment Instructions:
Overview
For this Performance Task Assessment, you will construct an Infographic to explore a social change topic, specifically the nurse’s role; the connection to privilege, power, and bias; and how the topic may be addressed. You will also complete a Health and Wellness Plan to develop your own personal health and wellness plan.

To complete this Assessment, do the following:
- Be sure to adhere to the indicated assignment length.
- Download the XA3001 template.
- You provide additional, specific, and/or particularly relevant examples to illustrate points made.
- You seamlessly incorporate your original thoughts and diverse, credible, and relevant academic sources, when applicable, to express your viewpoint or develop a persuasive argument.
- You demonstrate a deeper understanding of the subject that draws from discipline-specific knowledge and theory and incorporates the viewpoints of a diverse set of business and management thought leaders.

Part 1: Social Change Infographic (Template Part 1)
Construct an informational type of infographic in which you do the following:- Clearly identify your selected social change topic.
- Describe issues connected to the selected social change topic.
- Explain how individuals and organizations might already be working on addressing issues related to your social change topic.
- Explain the role of the nurse or change agent in effecting social change on the selected social change topic. Be specific.
- Depict or discuss how personal power, privilege, and identity may influence decision-making as it relates to the selected social change topic.
